Made of highly heat-resistant, high-alumina refractory concrete components and French workmanship .
It consists of separate elements that are easily manipulable and putting them against each other without glue.
The oven once installed must be insulated and covered in order to ensure a fast mounted power and maintain constant temperatures.

The hearth is made of ultra-wear-resistant fired refractory tiles.
