This modular wood oven is made from high quality volcanic stone (pozzolan) and French workmanship .
It consists of separate elements that are easily manipulable and putting them against each other without glue.
The oven once installed must be insulated and covered in order to ensure a fast mounted power and maintain constant temperatures.
